The Libya conflict is the talk of Capitol Hill, with several hearings on the situation scheduled for today.  CNN.com Live will be there for all the gavel-to-gavel coverage.

Today's programming highlights...

9:00 am ET - Gates, Mullen testify on Libya - Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Joint Chiefs Chairman Adm. Mike Mullen testify on the Libya conflict before the House Armed Services Committee.  Gates and Mullen will appear before the Senate Armed Services Committee at 2:15 pm ET.

9:30 am ET - Wall Street celebrates MLB Opening Day - It's Opening Day in Major League Baseball, and Wall Street is getting into the swing of things this morning.  Former pitcher and current MLB Network analyst Al Leiter will ring the opening bell.

10:00 am ET - U.S. interests in Libya hearing - The House Foreign Affairs Committee holds a hearing on defining U.S. national security interests in Libya.  The Senate Foreign Affairs Committee has a similar hearing at 2:00 pm ET.

10:00 am ET - Casey Anthony hearing - The judge in the trial of Casey Anthony, the Florida woman accused of killing her young daughter, will consider whether two expert witnesses can be deposed in the case.  The two would testify as to "state of mind."

12:00 pm ET - Tea Party rally - The Tea Party will be on Capitol Hill today, and it's not for social reasons.  The group holds its first "Continuing Revolution Rally" outside the Capitol dome.

12:30 pm ET - White House briefing - Libya, Japan and Syria are expected to top Jay Carney's agenda when he holds his briefing with the White House press corps.
