NATO investigates report of coalition airstrike on Libyan rebels

[9:42 a.m. ET]  Coalition airstrikes have hit several rebel vehicles, a spokesman for the Libyan opposition said Saturday. Jamal al-Gallal said the opposition was looking into reports that some rebel fighters were killed.

[9:13 a.m. ET] NATO is investigating a report that a coalition airstrike in the eastern oil town of al-Brega hit Libyan opposition rebels, a NATO spokeswoman said Saturday.

"NATO takes any reports of civilian casualties very seriously, but exact details are hard to verify as we have no reliable sources on the ground," NATO's Oana Lungescu said. "Clearly, if someone fires at one of our aircraft, of course they have the right to defend themselves."

    If humanitarian reasons were used for bombing Libya, does that mean we can expect to see the U.S., France, U.K., Canada and the other NATO allies bomb the Ivory Coast after 1000 people were massacred? Just curious.

    hi guys.. i've been busy working on my car.. i was up at the the waffle house the other night and there was some hotties leaving.. so i started peeling out in the parking lot to impress them.. well i must have revved the engine to high cause i blew out the muffler and now one of the pulleys was making a squealing noise..

    i took a saw and chooped out the broken exhaust and got some soupcans and hose clamps to get it back together for now till my buddy 'crazy ivan' at the russian muffler shop can weld it up..

    the other thing i was doing was.. fixing my floor in the trailer.. i thought i heard a noise in the space under my floor in the livingroom.. i thought it might be an trapped aminal but it was jsut a loose airduct.. but now since the floor is tore up i'm going to install some hidin compartments like hon solo had on his space ship..
