I still think they should have named the snake either Houdini or Bite Me.

CNN is pathetic! Waste a line on its front page, but yet it doesnt report on Hamas missiles hitting an Israeli schoolbus today.
Now i know why i dont waste time watching or reading CNN anymore.
    FYI, im a Democrat too!

CNN did report on this attack. You need to look in the world section of their page.

Gary, there were probably at least 100 hundred events in the world today that caused as many deaths as the Hamas attack... oh wait, I forgot, Jews are the Chosen People of God(TM) and therefore are special. Nevermind.

Well said Gary....I have the same point but some dumb people prefer Snake's name in the front page rather than having the real news!!!

Obviously you are, and like your friend, making others miserable while your at it. Thanks. Now go away and don't come back whining anymore. Come back when you can behave, like a grown-up.

      A. They did report on it. and B. Isnt it nice to have a light hearted story every now and again?
Everyone knows there is evil and death in the world. Its alot harder to spot the good.

people get on my nerves posting because they think a stroy is dumb, or somehow unworthy to be printed....try looking in the CNN international edtion if you want to read the Hamas story. And for the record, there's so much gloom and doom in the media these days...light hearted stories like this help to keep us sane.

Excuse me. Once you get past the snake story, you have to go to World, scroll down, then click on Middle East, scroll down and then ur at the story – its page 4 on their website. Give me a break. They put a stupid Snake story on page 1?? This is one screwed up network.

The sanke story will get more hits because this is America and Americans don't care about what happens in other countries. CNN knows how to sell advertising and deliver it. And that's what it's all about.

I am sure the cobra is elated that humans have graced it with a name....how about reality where the snake should be in it's natural habitat and not behind a pne of glass for idiots to stare at?

Let me guess, the responses will be..."shut your trap animal activist" or "the snake was born in captivity and wouldn't survive in it's natural habitat" or "humans are on the top of the food chain so we can do what we want" or ""

Get over your own self importance and start using your cerebrum for something other than watching reality TV like how to correct the course of humanity!

    Radical? – sure

Necessary? – in all cases in order to break through the conditioned complacency
