Gotta Watch: Awkward TSA pat-down moments

We thought we'd bring you some of our most memorable awkward airport pat-down moments after hearing all the buzz from this video. Here, a 6-year-old is filmed by her parents as she gets the full TSA pat-down treatment at an airport in New Orleans.

'Don't touch my junk' guy – How could we forget this guy? During his airport screening, he protests the pat-down by proclaiming the phrase that is only rivaled by the "Don't Tase me bro" guy.

No pat down for me thanks – This young lady is bent on avoiding a pat-down by wearing a skimpy bikini through airport security.

    Make sure not to wear an insulin pump through the detectors. Though somehow it's ok if I just put it in the bin with my purse....

    As the TSA adapts their security measures, the terrorists will adapt the ways they get bombs on planes. It'll probably always be that way.

      best idea yet, let one r@ghead pull a gun, the other 150-200 passengers pull theirs, and say "winning"! it would be a real W.T.F. moment for the terrorist and actually be a real deterant to terrorism-for a change!

    • Now hear this

      If you arm all the passengers then if a terrorist is on the plane and started shooting a minimum of 3 people would be shot, the person the terrorist was aiming at, the innocent person who got shot when an untrained person pulled out their new gun, and the terrorist who got shot by maybe the 5 people on the plane who know how to aim.

    If there is a terrorist hijacking/bombing, the first one to get blamed is the TSA. They are not only doing their job properly but also to keep airports safe, as many Americans would want after 9/11. So why be hating on them? Those two losers are only trying to get their 15-minute fame. Get a life bozos!

    @John:

    Uh, wzrd1 was *emphasizing*, not shouting. For the most part. He did shout "what have you cowards done to my country"; I didn't see the quote "what have you done to defend my country" anywhere, except in *your* post. I think it was a rhetorical question; that is, until you decided to make it personal by calling him a nutjob. Semper fi, indeed.

    What a shame that the major news organizations aren't covering this better. Did you know there are now several states with various "airport security legislation" in the works that would put a stop to the groping and radiation?
    Have a look at this: http://akhealthcaucus.org/TSA.php
    And on April 14 there's a meeting of lawmakers from 9 states to discuss how to band together and get some sanity back into airport security. Why isn't CNN covering that?

    It is clear when grown men and women allow their young daughters to get a full body pat down by a stranger that all integrity, honor and FAITH in goodness is gone...... so is America's future. Sick, weak and scared sheep of a nation. Be not afraid, be ashamed.

    @Liz: Because where would the excitment be in that? It's much more inflammatory for CNN to show videos of a poor little girl undergoing a search and a woman with bodacious ta-tas than to actually cover states trying to pass legislation preventing it!
