Defense lawyers should reject me from Casey Anthony's jury, but I'd like to serve.
I know I would not be able to serve on CA's jury...I would not be able to be fair and impartial.
I would just examine the FACTS as presented at trial and decide on that basis.
I should not serve, morally, only because my presence on the jury, as a battered child, would legitimately be the basis for declaring a mistrial.
