Source: SEALs wore helmet-mounted cameras in bin Laden raid

Members of the U.S. Navy SEAL team that attacked Osama bin Laden's Pakistani compound were wearing helmet-mounted digital cameras that recorded the mission, a U.S. military official told CNN Friday.

The official described the digital recording as hazy and fast-moving, and subject to poor lighting in the rooms. The source also said it is hard to get clear images from the footage.

"This is not movie-quality stuff," the source said.

I would also liKe to see the videos but I'm pretty sure they won't show them! I'm curious though, would the SEALS responsible for the raid ever be able to write a book about what happened? I'm sure they would have to keep out classified info and their names. I don't know would they be allowed to? How bout a movie giving us some of the datails? MARY~

  5. Details

CNN, quit fooling around, we want the real details.

Did any of these guys take a dump; before, during or after the raid? Was it solid or diareaha? Were they wearing underwear or not? How much camel dung did they get on their boots? Did they get footage of the lice crawling in bin laden's beard before they whacked him? How many of them had to scratch their balls; before, during or after the raid? How many of them gagged, from the smell, when they enter bin laden' room?

C'mon CNN, you can do better, we want the FACTS!

I still want to know if that was the authentic Ussama bin Laden that these clowns murdered or was he just some bin Laden look alike put in place by the C.I.A. I guess that we'll never know, unfortunately.

General Patton, with all due respect Sir, let's get real here. Do you really think they could get a look-a-like as fugly as Asssssssama butt Ladel? The only thing close would be a dead 100 yr. old camel whose head is covered in 100 yr. old camel dung. And actually, that isn't even fugly enough.

My hat's off to the guys who shot down bin Laden. He may not have been armed but he was 6" 4" tall. Then again, what do I know? I'm just another ignorant Tea Partier here thinking his right-wing thoughts!

Isnt the video what the "powers that be" were watching in the now infamous picture? With Hillary covering her mouth? Hardly breaking news,we knew it 2 weeks ago.

Is there anything more ridiculous than the conspiracy types? Their act has become way too old. "How do we know he didn't die years ago?," "How do we know he's not still alive?" Shut the hell up.

Would you please stop reporting every detail that you can find of this operation? Sooner or later some dim witted reporter is going to compromise something important.

But first reports from te White House said it was pitch black inside the house, making me wonder how the SEALs could have seen OBL stick his head out of the door before withdrawing into his bedroom (apparently considered an act of resistance allowing hin to be shot dead). Don't vision glasses need at least star light to function?

The pictures of the last moments of OBL may not be as movie quality as those that came out of Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq a few years ago, but they will eventually surface, when the media has latched onto a new demon, and OBL doesn't make headlines anymore. Of course, anything embarrassing would be "classified" until the spotlight has moved away, in this game of power play.
