There is way too much pointing to Casey as I see it. I began watching not knowing much about the case and I am leaning more towards the fact Casey did in fact kill her child. There are so many cases of people seeming in love and murder the spouse or loving moms that kill or drown their kids, she didn't seem the least bit upset to anyone her child was missing or even died. Someone researched cloroform and low and behold it was in her truck and on a face book with "win her over with chloroform" ironically there were shovel searches in march, low and behold she needed one in June, the car smells of death, her odd behavior, these behaviors do not depict a mother who "thinks" when she was 8 her dad "might" have touched her while she slept, BUT, I will keep watching to see if my gut proves me wrong or right.

The jury is going to buy this wild scenario that Jose purposed and tot mom is going to be acquitted. I watched the opening arguments of the trial, and believed there might be reasonable doubt. His delivery was so emotional, and he seemed to believe what he was saying. Also, the strategy is brilliant; make tot mom the victim and her father and the State the villains, and put George on trial. Casey doesn't have to take the stand, but George does as a "defendant." Lots of pressure on him that he might not be believed. The accusation of incest also explains her actions after Caylee's death. Furthermore, The jury is going to wonder why he didn't just go along with the defense's scenario to save his daughter even if it meant some jail time for him for lesser crimes...Look at the Robert Blake murder trial. If I recall correctly, His wife was shot and killed in front of his favorite restaurant while she was in their car with his gun after they ate dinner, and some how the defense convinced a jury there was reasonable doubt in that case.

You don't put duct tape around a child's mouth unless you want to silence a child, no one is going to duct tape a child that's already silenced. The prosecution has many facts and the defense has many theories.

I agree, she lied to everyone about everything and her lawyer wants us to believe that not only did caylee drown but it's because caseys dad "might have touched her while she slept at the age of 8" that Casey can't help but keep it a secret and somehow this is supposed to be the only truth she is telling? There are plenty of moms who come from good upbringing that murder their children and plenty of moms brought up in severely dysfunctional situations that could never act like "everything is alright" while their child is either missing or dead.
