Venezuela president Hugo Chavez recovering after surgery

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez underwent surgery Friday in Cuba, Venezuelan Foreign Minister Nicolas Maduro said.

Chavez suffered from a pelvic abscess and results from the surgery were "satisfactory," Maduro said.

    if the health care better it is definately not available to all people, which seriously schew any statistics out there.... you cant measure health care for 1 million people against health care for 1 hundred people (example numbers only)

    Latin America will turn on the USA like Carthage did to Rome. Hugo Chaves is the first former ally to break with the USA but things will not heat up untill Puerto Rico does the same . Latin Nationalism will permanently change the USA , the immigration problem is just the tip of the iceberg

    Re:the election.. I thought Chavez already changed the law closing open elections-an edict naming himself as president forever. Maybe my understanding was incorrect.
