IMHO this family is very dysfunctional! Cindy and George have been hiding it for like forever and have been putting on some kind of act or show for family and friends for a very long time!

Someone should notify the state and prosecution team about that photo which is supposed to be Caylee opening the sliding door that was admitted into evidence. I think myself that it was tampered with like photoshop or something. The girl looks too tall to be Caylee and the arms and legs seem thinner than Caylees. Maybe it is Caylee, But! what got me the most when looking at it real close and enlarging the photo on my computer and using a magnifying glass up to the picture, it looks like the shoe on her left foot has two shoes there one on top of the other, you can see that there is two backs of the shoe, like there is really two backs of shoes there, it doesn't look the same as the back of the right shoe in the picture. it's not just one shoe, as if someone edited that picture to make the girl look taller than what she is. Does anyone else think the same thing and I hope someone brings it like I said to the prosecutions attention.

I so totally agree with you....the child in that photo looks to be about 4 or 5 and we all know Caylee didn't make it to her 3rd birthday. I do not believe that is Caylee. And I hope that is what they found out today, however, would that be grounds for dismissal and a new trial? And if so, would Casey continue to be in jail?

JolSvine, I think that patio door was already ajar. Someone from the family was already out back waiting to watch Caylee at play and she was just following them while another was behind her taking pictures. You never actually see the child "opening" the door, just placing her hand on it.

C'mon, the immediate family now knows how Caylee died; I guarantee it. If I'm the jury I can see it too. Now they are all scurrying about on how to save Casey's a$$. And I think the jury knows this too.

I so agree! It is so obvious by testimony given by Lee and Cindy that they are so trying to cover for Casey now!

Also... I am sorry but is this family so deep in denial that they actually think Casey didn't have anything to do with Kaylee's death and want her to be set free or what?? If so...what a scary bunch of folks!

I'm wondering if Casey's initial searches for chloroform, etc. were in regards to doing away with her parents. After all, didn't she tell Amy H. that she (Casey) would soon have her parents' house and both gals could live there in a few months? Is it possible Casey was thinking about chloroforming her parents and then doing some "neck-breaking?"

On the other hand, who knows if Casey even thinks two seconds before she does something!?

Athena, I agree with you. IMO Casey was looking to get rid of her parents, more so than Caylee. And as far as her attorney Baez, the guy didn't pass the Bar until 1998 (after several tries) but was unable to practice till 2005 because he was wanted for back child support, student loans and writting bad checks. Personally, I think he and Casey are perfect for each other.

I don't think it's so abnormal that Casey's parents were "less than thrilled" when they found out Casey was pregnant. Hello?! Since when is teen pregnancy a wonderful thing? Look at who ended up taking care of that kid and providing all of her basic needs - Cindy and George. Why is it so outrageous to say that they were discreet about the pregnancy? That's NORMAL not ABNORMAL! Jose Baez appears grossly incompetent at times and in some way, shape or form he is probably the cause of today's recess.

Is it possible that Cheney Mason wants to withdraw. His reputation has not been advanced by this association and he is on the defense to give them the experience required for a death penalty case but has not been able to keep J.B. under control.

It's easy to see from whom Casey learned to lie so well. What sense is there in Cindy's lying to Lee and others about Casey's pregnancy, when the truth would become obvious when the baby was born? It's the same as Casey insisting that she worked at Universal Studios, taking it as far as she could, until she couldn't lie about it further. Of course, those are just two examples of the Anthony family lies. They must have a code to lie to the bitter end no matter how ridiculous. Talk about morally bankrupt...

If you want the truth, charge them all (casey, lee, cindy, and george) with the murder – surely it wouldn't be long until they all threw each other under the bus, which presumptively lead to some clarity and justice for caylee.

The defense of Casey is impossible. What happened is clear to (most mothers). The facts are all there. No nanny, means Caylee was sleeping in the car, when ever Casey wanted to live a single life. Caylee had her blanket and doll with her, like any child. Casey knows about chloroform and used it. Caylee didnt wake up one night and Casey backed the car into the garage and put Caylee in bags and into the trunk. After a period of time, Casey dropped the bag off at one of her (known) hangouts, the trees down the road. After awhile, the car began to smell and Casey left it in a parking lot, for someone else to deal with. All the rest of what Casey says are lies.

There were THREE pieces of duct tape and they were put over her mouth and NOSE. This was more than just to keep the child quiet. Both Lee and George were PROVEN NOT to be Caylee's father. Lee, Cindy and Casey are lilers and sick and George needs to RUN like hell and get as far away from them as he can. Also, what nurse/hospital admin. doesn't know how to spell chloroform? The person searching this origiinally spelled it with a "K." Sick, sick family

Moreover, what nurse wouldn't know that chlorophyll and chloroform have nothing to do with each other?? 'I searched for chlorophlyy, which then led me to seacrh for chloroform....' Yeah, right.............

"IF" this murderer gets off, they should at least have her tubes tied. She should NEVER again be responsible for a child. IF Cindy hadn't called the police after 31 DAYS ~ how long would Casey have let this ride? IMO ~ FOREVER! Caylee was getting old enough to talk and Casey knew it was only a matter of time before she would tell someone she didn't like being in a DARK, HOT trunk. The great-grandmother (Cindy's mom) said that Casey's hatred towards Cindy was much greater than any love she had to Caylee.
