There are thousands of cases just like it going on accross America. Don't be fooled by all the media hype. This is far from a unique case.

I dont' remember that O.J. testified but his defense found a clever way around that. In a sense O.J. did testify when he put the gloves on that didn't fit. And he was found not guilty. Wonder if this defense has something clever in mind.

I say Casey murdered her daughter to take her away from the Grandparents,if Caylee drown in the pool and they covered it up, Casey still didnt mourn her daughters death she didnt care about Caylee at all,and why didnt any of the friends that she been hanging out w/after Caylees disappearance testify to Casey outcome of having a missing daughter and not a care in the world for Caylee.no mother wouldnt be out parting even if it was an accident.Accusing the dad for molestation is taking away from what really should be discussed in court.Casey doesnt want to take the stand cause she wouldnt be able to handle the situation the way her Dad did.He said enough when he told everyone that Casey was the last one Caylee was seen w/an everyone should be able to picture that pic

Casey good relationship w/her father was already stated by her in the jailhouse visit, that she love him and that they was the good good grandparents in Caylees life.an now she wants to go against them so she can get away w/murder.In every Cps case any mother that doesnt report their child missing is held responsible for what happends to that child,so no I dont think the father she be charged w/Caylees death cause its clearly Caseys fault. She didnt agree that Caylee drowned in the same visitation conversation, shes only going w/the flow to think that somewhere between the lines shes gonna get away w/this.death pentaly speaks good for her crime, there is lots of Mothers that would go crazy if Casey got away an Im one of them. She hates her dad when on stand cause hes not gonna take the blame he doesnt want to throw her under the bus cause Shes Facing Death.

@philip: I've posted Many times about the theft of social security and the disgraceful tactics on both sides of the isle to cover their own a sses over it. The Republicans stole it to help fund a demonstrably over bloated military and the Democrats have taken stolen from it to help pay for all their pet social programs, meanwhile all the rest of us get left holding the bag and a bunch of iou's. There was a book at the library I nearly checked out today-iousa, ever read it?

Anyone who is interested in famous trials should read the book The Earps Talk it's quite informative not just as a historical account of the OK Corral incident but also as a primer on how our judicial system worked during that time period.
