Gotta Watch: Judging Casey Anthony case

It's the capital murder case that's held our attention this summer. But has the prosecution proved beyond a reasonable doubt that Casey Anthony intentionally murdered her daughter? The jury is beginning their deliberations today, and now it's your chance to weigh in. You've gotta watch the most pivotal moments from the defense and prosecution and judge for yourself whether Casey Anthony is guilty or innocent.

Prosecuting Casey Anthony – The state of Florida contends Casey Anthony cared more about partying and having a fun life than being a mother. It's her motive for murder, according to prosecutors. They paint her as a liar trying to live the good life at the expense of her daughter.

Defending Casey Anthony – The defense brought molestation allegations against Casey Anthony's father and brother during the trial. It pointed to George Anthony as the real culprit behind the toddler's death and cover-up. Most importantly, Casey Anthony's defense team relied upon the fact that Caylee Anthony's cause of death is undetermined. It believes that's the real reason there's not enough evidence to convict the Florida mother of murder.

Before you put a needle in someones arm you have to be 100% sure and the state proved nothing regardless of opinion

She obviously killed her daughter. Should she get away with this? No. Whether it was a planed and intentional act or the result from accident of abuse, who knows. Whether ms. Anthony had a privileged middle class upbringing or was abused herself, who knows. Is she a psycho that can't prevent herself from lying or is she a perpetual fibber? Who knows? But why do those details matter when the fact is she killed her child? They don't.

I agree with you, Ray. The state did not present any concrete evidence to prove first degree murder. I believe the defense put up a good argument that the little girl more than likely accidentally drowned. If anything, it was negligence on the part of a very dysfunctional family, not murder.

Guilty with a capital "G"! Casey's tears have been strictly for Casey and nothing further, she's a wretched excuse for a human being let alone a mother, I'm glad the decision lies within those jurors on behalf of society itself. We're not as blind to her lies and manipulation as her parents. The duct tape, heart residue sticker, blanket from the house, and the icing on the cake, the commemorative tattoo...?? You wont find any better proof of guilt regardless of how it was presented. I hope she hasnt been able to sleep wondering if her life will end over this atrocity...seeing as she so callously sacrificed her daughter for this BELLA VITA...

Better yet – a show of hands for all those who say "Not Guilty" willing to hire her as their new live-in babysitter???

Chloroform by accident= FIRST DEGREE MURDER. Casey last person with Kaylee! Guilty, Guilty,Guilty!!!!! But she knocked her out with chloroform and duct taped her to suffocate her- 'Humane Killing' – sick sociopathic murderer! Any way you slice the evidence she is guilty of first degree murder. My god the evidence is clear if you watched this trial. Her last boyfriend didn't know Kaylee existed. Beautiful Life!!!!!!

She's probably guilty, but I don't think the prosecution has enough evidence to get a conviction on the most serious charges, although I believe she will be convicted on some of the lesser charges. We'll see...

If a parent is innocent and truly loved their child, you'd have to kill 'em to keep them OFF the stand.

If Caley really drowned, Casey would have no problem giving specifics. It's not like the world doesn't already know she's a horific liar – what would she have to lose?

    FRY her!

She might as well be found guilty, because all of you people on hln and cnn have already convicted her on everything, just thank the Lord that you bunch of one sided prosecution backers are not the jury.

Really then what did happen? Casey's own words 1) daddy/brother molested me so I have no responsibility in what I do, 2) Caylee drowned while I was supposed to be watching her so I put her in the truck of my car and drove all over the State of Florida with her hoping she would dry out, 3) I put duck tape on her mouth so she would drowned again when I threw her in the swamp 4) illegal aliens did it so lets protect our boarders (okay I made that one up but I'm surprised Casey didn't think of it first)

Unless you are one of the jury members, or, were present in the court room each day, you don't have an honest opinion. Soooooooo.... SYSFM.

I believe she's guilty. I think it was premeditated. The internet searches will be her undoing. Too bad the prosecution did not have the work records and emails that would have prooved Cindy was not truthful.

But if I was trying to save my daughter from the death penaly, I, too, would lie under oath. If it is a matter of life and death, then I choose life. That is the difficulty with the death penalty. Witnesses will lie if they cannot abide by the death penalty. If there was no death penalty, you would see a different story from some of the witnesses. People would not be afraid to speak the truth.

She's guilty. She waited 30 days to report Caylee missing, during which she partied and got a tattoo. Then she lied out the wazoo to the police and those trying to find Caylee. During trial she cried at all the wrong times and then chose not to testify. Guilty.
