Gotta Watch: Judging Casey Anthony case
It's the capital murder case that's held our attention this summer. But has the prosecution proved beyond a reasonable doubt that Casey Anthony intentionally murdered her daughter? The jury is beginning their deliberations today, and now it's your chance to weigh in. You've gotta watch the most pivotal moments from the defense and prosecution and judge for yourself whether Casey Anthony is guilty or innocent.
Prosecuting Casey Anthony – The state of Florida contends Casey Anthony cared more about partying and having a fun life than being a mother. It's her motive for murder, according to prosecutors. They paint her as a liar trying to live the good life at the expense of her daughter.

Defending Casey Anthony – The defense brought molestation allegations against Casey Anthony's father and brother during the trial. It pointed to George Anthony as the real culprit behind the toddler's death and cover-up. Most importantly, Casey Anthony's defense team relied upon the fact that Caylee Anthony's cause of death is undetermined. It believes that's the real reason there's not enough evidence to convict the Florida mother of murder.

She's guilty...we know it...her family knows it...the jury knows it.
Not guilty but I bet they convict her on the lesser charge and she only gets 5 years which she has already served most of.
Bottom line: she KNEW, her little girl was dead, from the beginning. She took everybody on wild goose chases. & if she was a good mom, then what "good" mother doesn't go looking & report her child missing/lost/kidnapped/etc...doesn't add up.
I've got the first conjugal visits! hahaha!
Ok they keep showing all these home videos of casey playing with kaylee the kind of mom that's in these videos wouldn't wait 31 days to report he daughter missin that kind of mom would have no reason to "panic" and react the way she did if it was an accidental drowning!! A good loving mother who loves her baby whould have absolutly no reason to do the things she did because she was "panicked"
Sadly she is guilty. I believe the prosecution made its case. To those who are saying she drowned, that does not make sense. IF the baby had drowned, then why not call 911 right away? Why wrap the baby's head in duct tape??????
No, folks, this poor deranged woman killed her baby, because she wanted to be free to be a 20-something. That's why there is birth control, use it!
I have watched this case and all the coverage from the very beginning. All of the recorded conversations in jail, the partying, the photographs, the lies. I believe with no question in my mind that she is guilty and hope that the jury sees all of the evidence and also finds her unquestionably guilty. The entire family is definitely a circus show. I am so sad that poor little Caylee had to suffer due to their negligence, selfishness and incompetence.
Completely agree with you, and I only watched the very end of the trial and the closing arguments!! It's obvious she did it, and I find it very disturbing that there are people that can still defend her. Even her own family thinks she did it, and usually families will stand by their family members till the end.
She is guilty...there is no doubt about it in my mind..
ummm partying while ur child is missing, come on now all u real parents out there knw u would have been looking for ur child and going to the police. so i say guilty she did it!

Guilty 101%! And if the jury does not have the common sense to convict, then she should get life for child abuse and neglect (ie lying to police, taking Police on wild goose chase through Disney World, lying about a nanny that didnt exist). For all you not guilty folks, give your heads a shake! A normal not-guilty parent would NOT lie about where there daughter is and would be looking for their daughter rather than posing happlily for party pics insread.
On the other side of the coin. As we sit here and JUDGE Casey Anthony and her family, I've learned after the Natural Death of my big sister, different people grieve different ways! If she murdered Caylee, it will weigh heavily on her soul and that is a punishment no court can impose on her!
i dont think it was on purpose i think maybe the child was throwing a tantrum and she may have put the tape over her mouth, i think the child aspirated and died. I think that the idiot didnt know what to do so she hid the body but when it started to decompose she told her father and since he knew that she would be charged with murder helped her dispose of the body. I think if the prosecutin was not rying for the death penalty the jury would possilbly find her guilty of something but i think the doubt will cause a hung jury of a not guilty verdict,,ie OJ should have taught the prosecution a lesson about weak cases!!!
Good thing none of the evidence proves your "theory". She used chloroform. She taped over the nose and mouth. Is that an accident?

Is it common for people to put duct tape on their children's mouths to keep them quiet? You must be joking. I'm sure the reality of what happened is far more evil and hateful, which frankly is hard to imagine.......Based on Casey's behavior, she is obviously a sociopath.

GUILTY AS CHARGED !!!! It is so obvious that she KILLED her own child so she could live the beautiful life !!!! I feel so sorry for Cindy and George !!! No Brainer in my opinion !!! GUILTY OF MURDER IN THE FIRST DEGREE !!!!
