Gotta Watch: Judging Casey Anthony case

It's the capital murder case that's held our attention this summer. But has the prosecution proved beyond a reasonable doubt that Casey Anthony intentionally murdered her daughter? The jury is beginning their deliberations today, and now it's your chance to weigh in. You've gotta watch the most pivotal moments from the defense and prosecution and judge for yourself whether Casey Anthony is guilty or innocent.

Prosecuting Casey Anthony – The state of Florida contends Casey Anthony cared more about partying and having a fun life than being a mother. It's her motive for murder, according to prosecutors. They paint her as a liar trying to live the good life at the expense of her daughter.

Defending Casey Anthony – The defense brought molestation allegations against Casey Anthony's father and brother during the trial. It pointed to George Anthony as the real culprit behind the toddler's death and cover-up. Most importantly, Casey Anthony's defense team relied upon the fact that Caylee Anthony's cause of death is undetermined. It believes that's the real reason there's not enough evidence to convict the Florida mother of murder.

Can we put the media on trial for their excessive coverage of this trial?!? We're at war, our economy is in the toilet, and we're experiencing one natural disaster after another. Yes, this was a horrific crime, but can we PLEASE get our priorities in order?!?!?

Oh please... not another "there are more important things to talk about!" complaint. Really? You want nothing but stories of war and natural disasters??? It's as simple as YOU not clicking and commenting on this case! They see that they have nearly 600 comments, so there is interest in the story. IF people weren't interested, they wouldn't click on the story. So stop!

While the prosecution may not have an air-tight case, the defense proved her guilty: Drowned in the family pool? Evel Knievel couldn't make that jump! If so, where was the 911 cal from the grandparents? This is the best tall tale I've ever heard! The whole family is guilty!

PS I would also find her guilty of child abuse for neglecting the child. There is enough evidence in my opinion.

Guilty. It is like most people are saying once the little girl could talk she became a liability. Casey want the party life not the Mommy life.

... and don't forget the hair-from-a-dead-person that was found in the trunk - a hair that could have come only from Caylee after all other options were rules out.

And ditto, Perry was great. Thank you for deftly steering things around the piles of BS.

I've followed this case since I first read about it around 3 years ago. My first impression was that Casey Anthony was guilty, and nothing I've read or viewed since then changed my opinion; certainly not anything I saw in the trial. Guilty.

I had to zero in on the one piece that convinced me she is guilty.
Seen leaving home in the morning by Cindy & George and has caylee with her.
Casey does not come home again for thirty plus days
    Caylee never seen again.
That night she goes out with Tony and rents movies, and stays overnight.
    No Caylee.
She has no job and no nanny.
What has she done all day until hooking up with Tony ?
This is where it all started.

But these jurors are from Florida and if they are not educated and can't think critically, this killer girl (Casey) might be out of jail when she is 45 years old. SCARY!
