Defending Casey Anthony – The defense brought molestation allegations against Casey Anthony's father and brother during the trial. It pointed to George Anthony as the real culprit behind the toddler's death and cover-up. Too many peeps are confusing "reasonable doubt". Sure, it's possible that someone other than Casey killed the little girl ... it's just beyond "reason". I guarantee that there is someone who is certain that space aliens committed the act – it's just not reasonable to think that.
No, I can tell you as an attorney of the law that according to the evidence provided that it is very well within reason to doubt that she murdered this child. First of all, there is no physical evidence proving that the child was murdered. There isn't any evidence of how the child died. The evidence presented against the defendent hasn't proved anything other than negligience and obstruction of justice. Without anyone proving, or even witnessing the death of this child, there is no possible way she will be found guilty of Murder 1.
Guilty as sin! A horrible mother, daughter, sister and friend. The prosecution did a phenomenal job proving this case beyond a reasonable doubt. Jose was in over his head.
Anthony's actions after Caylee's death in June 2008 don't make sense, but they don't add up to murder.

This case has broken my heart as I am a young mom (only 23) and have a son that is 8 months and a baby on the way... I have a hard time understanding how any person would prefer to party and club than to be with their child. I feel very strongly that she is guilty. However, I do have some doubts as to whether it was premeditated or not. I don't feel the prosecution nailed her as hard as I wish they would have. I only hope that within the next week or so this little girl will have justice. A child taken young is sad but taken too young by the one person that she truely trusted is just sick and way too hard to even fathom.
Will Nancy Grace go on TV and start to cry tonight? Will she be so wrapped up that she wishes she would have been Jane Mitchell and been able to run across the parking lot to stick a microphone in Chaney & Baez faces? What a disgrace our media has become. I hope it's not guilty so this media can look like fools. They had Casey found guilty long before this case ever started.

she is guily, the phone calls worried about getting ahold of her boyfriend , more than she cared about with the trial was about, like as if she had something to say to him or tell him, no one bit of remorse for her daughter, no one tear over her daughter, tears only tourds the issues thrown at her, wouldn't evens take the stand to stand up for herself, if it were me and i swore i was innisant id get upon the stand to prove it. id stand up for my child, but she didn't why. i have a three yr old granddaughter i ever day constantly call and check on her, make sure i spend time with her, always make sure she is healthy, they take good care of her. so sad caylee is gone, didn't get to grow up, sorry but i feel she is guilty, GUILTY as they come, poor caylee didn't get a choice to live, or pass , it was taken from her. she didn't deserve that, so so sad, mom showd no remorse for her child, she don't deserve to have children, RIP Caylee anthony, God is with you child.

What was going to happen to Casey's lifestyle when Cindy started asking Caley what sort of fun things she did at Disneyworld with Zanny? Caley was beginning to talk and would have started to tell Cindy the truth about where she was and what she was doing. Casey's lies were about to be uncovered and Casey decided that Caley had to be silenced.
How,could they do a DNA on George Anthony,and his son Lee to determine,who the father is and not Caseys boyfriends?And,it seems to me,if Casey didn't what her child,why didn't Casey put her up for adoption instead of killing the child. JoAnn

The evidence proves everything against her, she is guilty and we all have seen the real person she really is on those videos from prison. Surprise surprise that child drowning story didn't stick at all, she can party all she wants now, well in death row anyways. A victory for little Caylee and justice will be served!
She's guilty on all charges. Molestation charges are a smokescreen, trying to establish a basis to avoid death penalty. No way the child drowned accidentally, given her behavior in the month after it happened.
There's no murder weapon and no definite cause of death. The legal system just might come to her rescue.

Duct tape is not proven to have been actually placed on the skin of anything and used as a lethal weapon.
I don't think duct tape is a murder weapon if it was the cause of death. I think the death was accidental and the mother did not intend to kill the kid. If she wanted to kill her by way of suffocation, she'd have smothered her with a pillow like any other normal(he.. normal...) child murderer. She may have duct taped her to punish her and was a very abusive sick mother that enjoyed torturing the kid. i read a comment on here that maybe she stuck her in the trunk like that so she didn't have to get a babysitter.
Bill, If you suffocate someone with a pillow, that pillow becomes the murder weapon, if you strangle someone with a cord or a piece of rope, they become the murder weapon. In this case the murder weapon was duct tape, because prevented Caylee from breathing.
