Gotta Watch: Judging Casey Anthony case

It's the capital murder case that's held our attention this summer. But has the prosecution proved beyond a reasonable doubt that Casey Anthony intentionally murdered her daughter? The jury is beginning their deliberations today, and now it's your chance to weigh in. You've gotta watch the most pivotal moments from the defense and prosecution and judge for yourself whether Casey Anthony is guilty or innocent.

Prosecuting Casey Anthony – The state of Florida contends Casey Anthony cared more about partying and having a fun life than being a mother. It's her motive for murder, according to prosecutors. They paint her as a liar trying to live the good life at the expense of her daughter.

Defending Casey Anthony – The defense brought molestation allegations against Casey Anthony's father and brother during the trial. It pointed to George Anthony as the real culprit behind the toddler's death and cover-up. Most importantly, Casey Anthony's defense team relied upon the fact that Caylee Anthony's cause of death is undetermined. It believes that's the real reason there's not enough evidence to convict the Florida mother of murder.

I hope Casey Anthony rots in hell, along with her lying lawyers.

I for one believe in the death penalty...which is something considering I'm Canadian. But in this case...this specific case...death is too good for her.

Life without parole in solitary...that is what she deserves. So she can spend every minute of ever day for the next 60 years with nothing but her own demented mind for company.

I do not think they have proven murder 1 without reasonable doubt although I do think it was planned. I do think they have proven murder 2 without reasonable doubt. That is my verdict.

I also think it will be felony murder, but also guilty of all other charges. She won't get death but life with no parole

I think she should hang but I don't think the State proved beyond a reasonable doubt. It's really sad that she could get the lesser crime...

For those thinking the father was involved have not paid attention. Casey got a shovel from a neighbor and if George was involved he would have unlocked his storage shed and used his own shovel as involving a neighbor provides a link to the crime. He was an ex cop and not that stupid. Besides, no one would cover up an accident they would call 911 unless they were completely retarded and none of the family was. If you think Casey didn't do it then you probably think OJ didn't do it. You have to look at every detail, the missing blood was only 3 drops and there was much more then that on the Bronco alone. Tell me what what doctor draws blood exactly to the full line on a vial. And the glove, he purchased the exact welthy person brand in New York and if you know anything about top grain glove leather you would know that if it gets wet it will shrink, Calif. morning dew and afternoon hot sun is all thats needed to shrink the glove. The point is if you look at every detail you will see that Casey is guilty period.

The baby killer and pathological liar is going DOWN. She yukked it up and was laughing the whole trial. But today, today, reality started to set in for her. Cursing and muttering, asking that the prosecutor stop showing the party pictures and all that.

Casey, you are going to the big house. Hard time. No AC. No Jello Shots. No loud music. No beach parties. No hot body contests. No sunlight. Nothin' but a little cell, brown walls, and a steel toilet sink.

Casey like to eat chilli apparently. No more of that for her either.

Yup, the good life Casey. Enjoy what's left of your twisted thoughts – you'd better get some sense of pleasure from it. Because the needle is coming for you lady. You're gonna' get yours in the end, you baby killer.

Where is common sense? Who would make an accident look like murder? Common sense can not be lost here as the jury begin their deliberations!!

If i was a juror I would go with first degree pre -meditated murder. Her searches on the computer proves pre-meditation and her lies about the nanny etc...proves she was the only one involved. No one else was out partying and getting tattoos. Her family was grieveing while she wasnt. now she want to cry, she should of BEEN crying from day 1. she's guilty.

Guilty. Period. Reasonable doubt? I can only hope that this jury is like the one that tried and convicted Scott Peterson of murdering his wife and unborn son...no hard evidence but enough to convict.

She's guilty of first degree murder. She chloroformed Caylee in the trunk of her car and covered her mouth with duct tape. She researched how to do it on the internet many times. Then, she disposed of the body in a swamp and went out an partied. She lied and tried to cover up what she did many many times. In all the time that Caylee was missing, she never showed any remorse or concern. This is not the behavior of a loving parent, or one who killed their child accidentally.
