Defending Casey Anthony – The defense brought molestation allegations against Casey Anthony's father and brother during the trial. She will be found guility, but I am not too sure if it will be the 1st degree charge. Her behavior, the tatoo, and the endless list of lies only point to her guilt. If this was an accidential drowning, why the duct tape, why no calls to the police or EMS, why make up all these different stories. As a parent, the thought one of my children being missing for one second is just unbarrable. But, somehow this women could go out partying and living her daily life witout a care in the world. If that is not guilt, I don't know what is. She will go to jail, and her family will have to live with their utter stupidity for the rest of their lives.
Guilty. Even so, I am so sad for Caylee's death and sad because Casey is so young and her life is about to end, too, whether she gets the death penalty or not.

PROOF? So like if someone points a gun and pulls the trigger, you'd say you didn't see the bullets flying in the air, so she must be innocent.... This isn't the OJ Trial. She's so guilty, that her best defense was to say she drowned... BUT I decided to make it look like a murder. Get serious.....
Where is the evidence she is innocent? There is a lot of evidence that points to her guilt. Lies, not reporting her daughter missing, partying while she was missing, making up a nanny, lying about being at work, searching for chloroform since the prosecution proved Cindy wasn't at home and Casey was at the time of the google search. Having the stench of death in her car. Putting trash in her car and leaving it there. Nobody leaves bags of garbage in their trunk. Why the heck would you put that in your car??? Defense lawyers would obviously lie. The defense seemed to only try and cast doubt on the evidence. They had no evidence of their own. Its rare a case has absolute proof. Casey more guilty than OJ Simpson.

There is no excuse or reason for a parent , Father or Mother, to not report a missing child. Unless of course there is foul play involved.

Guilty on all counts! I agree with Tammy – may have been an accident – sedating Caylee and putting her in the trunk so she could party. However, she then tried to cover it up – who would want anyone to know they drugged their daughter and put her in the drunk to go drink and party! No matter, she is guilty and a sociopath! I dont think casey is guilty. my heart told me that, she look afraid of her crazy parents was freaked-controlled over her and caylee too. they supposed to tell truth than lied to their attorneys and judge. they must SHAMED parents of Casey. they are no good parents to rised their daughter and granddaughter. Casey need help to teach how her behavor and learns to tell truth. I knew her expression likely!

Not guilty. Baez was brilliant. 90 minutes. No notes. Carefully exposed the State's case for what it was. Arrogance and Fantasy Forensics do not equal evidence. We all "know" she did it? Why? Because she is a liar? Liars are not murderers. Problem is that the State did not prove she murdered her daughter. The defense called 10 to 12 cops and FBI experts to impeach the State's "experts." The State tried to cover up the reports of its own officers. Juries do not like prosecutors who play hide the ball. Baez sliced and diced Ashton and there is nothing that the jury was given that is proof beyond a resonable doubt. Not guilty. Liked the Judge.
Liars are not always murders, but murders most always lie. Baez and Ashton were not on trial, so it doesn't matter how well they 'performed'. What matters is that a 2 year old never got to live her life...and cover-up or murder, her death and 'burial' were disrespected by that woman that called herself a mother.
