Prosecuting Casey Anthony – The state of Florida contends Casey Anthony cared more about partying and having a fun life than being a mother. It's her motive for murder, according to prosecutors. They paint her as a liar trying to live the good life at the expense of her daughter.

Defending Casey Anthony – The defense brought molestation allegations against Casey Anthony's father and brother during the trial. No child is born evil–not one of us. That includes Casey and serial killers. What we see is how any one of us can commit A crime, a lie, a coverup, and even a murder. The creator doesn't make junk. This case is a tragedy for all. There are many lessons here for all of us-compassion and forgiveness for starters.

The jury made a discovery that wasnt brought up by the state. This would have to go down as the quickest verdict in my many years of working in journalism. She's guilty of killing the girl, but I would bet anything that it was an accident. She drugged the girl and put tape on her mouth so no one could hear her while ahe partied or whatever. Caylee probably died during that time then Casey carried her around for days before dumping her. This weave of lies and deceit is going to get her a lethal injection. All she had to do was come clean and admit the child abuse. She'll be convicted of that anyway and probably be in jail 30 years minimum. Now she's done and will be one death row. One less pyscho roaming the streets.
this case is a sad commentary on what a circus our society has become. It isn't anything different than the roman games and a witch trial. Regardless of her actual guilt, the only real evidence here is the public has decided she is guilty

You never know what people are going through or thinking, Life is not an easy thing to handle for alot of people and some always want what others have. The right decisions are never made under pressure. But i couldnt amagine trading my baby for anything on earth. She is the most prescious thing to me and the reason for me to live.
Just heard that the PROSCECUTATION lied about the computer search info and IF Casey is found guilty – there will be a re-trial ! Way to go government .

I don't think they will nail her on 1st Degree murder since they never positively identified how she died. I think they will get her on 2nd degree and all the other charges. She will get Life in prison, but not the death penalty.
