Gotta Watch: Judging Casey Anthony case

It's the capital murder case that's held our attention this summer. But has the prosecution proved beyond a reasonable doubt that Casey Anthony intentionally murdered her daughter? The jury is beginning their deliberations today, and now it's your chance to weigh in. You've gotta watch the most pivotal moments from the defense and prosecution and judge for yourself whether Casey Anthony is guilty or innocent.

Prosecuting Casey Anthony – The state of Florida contends Casey Anthony cared more about partying and having a fun life than being a mother. It's her motive for murder, according to prosecutors. They paint her as a liar trying to live the good life at the expense of her daughter.

Defending Casey Anthony – The defense brought molestation allegations against Casey Anthony's father and brother during the trial. It pointed to George Anthony as the real culprit behind the toddler's death and cover-up. Most importantly, Casey Anthony's defense team relied upon the fact that Caylee Anthony's cause of death is undetermined. It believes that's the real reason there's not enough evidence to convict the Florida mother of murder.

The state didn't provide enough evidance, she will get off on the murder charges. Sure she is a lying bag

In fact, Casey should consider the "IV" a better option, life in prison for her is not a good choice, all the inmates will make her life extremely beautiful.

What ever the sentence... there is a certain way they deal with child murderers in the criminal world, even more so within a female population.

I cannot fathom why people keep trying to smear the poor father. The only thing he is guilty of is spawning the demon seed and indulging in her, and her mothers every whim.

Seriously, this is why the streets are filled with criminals. The state clearly made it's case. It's as if people needed to watch the murder live, before convicting. I understand that everyone grieves differently, but she was not grieving. Look at her now, she looks broken down, worried, upset, the exact opposite of how she appeared in the pictures during the 31 days. During that time she was glowing, a twinkle in her eyes, alive and well. She is a compulsive liar, just watch her own testimonies. Oh now that she is backed into another corner, we are to believe her newest rendition of abuse by her dad. Fools. I pray that someone you love is never harmed by someone so calculated and manipulative as her. And if so, I pray that the jury isn't as naive as you.

It's pathetic that CNN reports on this, much less for 24 hours a day. I guess if you really want news that matters, stick with the PBS newshour.

One person makes an off the wall comment and everyone follows. Scary how it is in America. The focus is the little girl has been murdered. It really seems her mother murdered her. No other scenario makes sense. I was a bit on the fence with state having proven 1st degree murder but the closing rebuttal really brought it all into perspective. The mother did it and did it deliberately.

She did not kill the kid on purpose....but her reckless actions resulted in Caylee's death.....I think she was using the trunk of the car for a babysitter and the child died as a result...either cabon monoxcide, chloroform, or a combination of the two....figure it out...she burnt her bridges at home with mom and dad and her main squeeze at the time "Tony" wouldn't sleep with her when Caylee was with a little sleepy potion...her favorite blankee, and stuffed animal...into the trunk and nighty time with a little tape over her mouth to keep her quiet.....That is what happened to Caylee...!!!

From all the evidence presented, there is no doubt in my mind that this mother is guilty as charged. I have watched this from the start, 5:30 a.m. here in Phoenix and stayed with it through the trial, as an ex-law enforcement officer the State presented sufficient evidence beyond a shadow of doubt that this mother is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and should be held responsible.

As a follower of Satan, I pray for Casey and worship her Power. She is free no matter her confinement and prosecution. Her strength during this trial should be an example for everyone.
