Defending Casey Anthony – The defense brought molestation allegations against Casey Anthony's father and brother during the trial. The state proved its case. It if Felony first degree murder.
The state DID prove it. It was pre-meditation due to the computer searches. It wasnt accidental because it was planned and if someone dies in a pool, you dont put duct tape over someones mouth. Also, who knows how long she would of waited before telling police (she never did, her mom did). If it was an accidental death, why party, dump the body with duct tape, and not tell police. If her father would of been near for the drowning, his law enforcement experience would kick in and know that calling police wouldnt get him in trouble. SHES A SOCIOPATH
I think she couldn't make up her mind whether to hang her (the broken neck search) or suffocate her. I'm glad she had the compassion to knock her out with the chloroform (if it worked) before applying the tape. GUILTY. Next up...Drew Peterson.
I believe she is guilty of child endangerment and involuntary manslaughter. However, the prosecution FAILED to prove any murder occurred. The prosecution FAILED to prove how the kid really died. Remember, the burden of proof in a trial is with the prosecution to prove beyond any reasonable doubt ... and they FAILED to do that. So, if there is any doubt, you must acquit.
problem is that if u have an iq above 70 then there is NO doubt. with the evidence that has been given there is no "reasonable" person that can think she didn't do this......period.

Casey, we love you and we know you are innocent. Just be patient and the jury will come back with a not guilty verdict and you can go home. Everyone knows what happened now and that it was a terrible accident that snowballed out of control.

Yes guilty guilty guilty. The judge should, based on the evidence that he has seen, instruct the DA to charge both Mother And Father of perjury. Mom cant even spell computer let alone use one 84 times to look up anything. They didn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt she killed her. Take the emotion out of it, and look at the facts. Seriously, it's not that hard.

I think as her Dad stated to his mistress – it was an accident – I think her Dad is a liar and has spent his life as a liar – when he was on the stand and asked how he felt after the death of his granddaughter he said something tto the effect of upset – followed by the word tears with no emotion – as if he had long since dealt with it – then to work himself into tears he began to talk about how effected his wife and son were and then cried – his daughter stared at him deadpan – emotionless – because she knew he knew before and she was not entertained by his little show nor was I – I too had a Father that abused me and I have the same emotionless gaze when he is full of S***I think he has controlled her his whole life and left her to dispose of the body – she failed and lied and I think she knows she has hung herself by not doing the right thing and contacting authorities immediately – I think she knows she did herself in by allowing her abuser to control the situation – not all cops R good cops – especially cops that cheat on their wives while a search is going for a missing grandchild – he could only do that if he knew the search was futile – she was already dead.
I agree with your cmment. The family was all about George, which Mr. Baez pointed out very well. George lied and Cindy swore to it. That was life in the Casey household. I don't know how they live with themselves.
There was no proof that George molested Casey. Even the defense didn't mention it in closing arguments because they couldn't prove it. You're not exactly objective....
Guilty. Though I think its first degree, it may not have been proven beyond reasonable doubt....she may get the lesser 2nd degree.
