Gotta Watch: Judging Casey Anthony case

It's the capital murder case that's held our attention this summer. But has the prosecution proved beyond a reasonable doubt that Casey Anthony intentionally murdered her daughter? The jury is beginning their deliberations today, and now it's your chance to weigh in. You've gotta watch the most pivotal moments from the defense and prosecution and judge for yourself whether Casey Anthony is guilty or innocent.

Prosecuting Casey Anthony – The state of Florida contends Casey Anthony cared more about partying and having a fun life than being a mother. It's her motive for murder, according to prosecutors. They paint her as a liar trying to live the good life at the expense of her daughter.

Defending Casey Anthony – The defense brought molestation allegations against Casey Anthony's father and brother during the trial. It pointed to George Anthony as the real culprit behind the toddler's death and cover-up. Most importantly, Casey Anthony's defense team relied upon the fact that Caylee Anthony's cause of death is undetermined. It believes that's the real reason there's not enough evidence to convict the Florida mother of murder.

She might be..I do not know..All I know is this..that a JURY picked by BOTH SIDES found her Innocent. A few of you have posted how you have lost your faith in the Judicial system. HOW>?? How many of you all have tried a case in court..How many of you all have an Opinion that has NOT been subjected to NANCY GRACE!??? Oh poor Nancy..I wonder what case she is going to stick her big nose into now. I do not know if she killed her daughter or not, but 12 people found her NOT GUILTY....

Jeff you are so wrong! There was proof... Or perhaps you think the "neighbor" did it... Or did Casey's boyfriend do it??? Then who??? Certainly Caylee didn't drug and duct-tape herself. If you listened to Casey, everyone under the sun did it, except HER! She's a liar and I feel for those of you who fell victim to her lies. Seems only the "stronger" people could see right through her.

There was no justice for Caylee. I think Casey got away with the murder of her own child. Thanks to God he knows the truth and will severly punish her accordly. She will not get away with murder through the grace of God.

I try not to post on any of these blogs; however I see that innocent until proven guilty has been put to the wayside on this issue among fellow Americans. None of us actually know the truth behind any of this and if you claim to know the truth then you should have been a star witness in this case. I do not condone the abuse of any child; infact I am disgusted by what has happened to Caylee. I will say that a jury of Casey's peers have found her not guilty on murder and abuse so I feel that our judicial system has done their job and has seen the evidence and observed this trial. So I will stand as an American and say that she has been found not guilty so please do not downgrade our judicial system, yet say that they have done their job. Now go and find the real killer.

This is what happens when you do not screen a jury properly.

Maybe not first degree, but murder none the less.

I would know if my kids when missing for 5 seconds.

Street Justice will probably be served.

How the hell did she get away with this! I agree, maybe murder in the first degree has not been "proven beyond a shadow of a doubt" but she is guilty of a whole lot more than just providing false information to a police officer. Another shining example of how broken our system of justice is & how the criminals have more "rights" than the victims!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I find this to be s shining example of our UNBROKEN justice system. Twelve courageous citizens had the guts to ignore Nancy Disgrace and honestly evaluate the State's case - and they had the guts to say "no way" to this media circus. Well done, Jurors.
