Reputed Boston mobster James "Whitey" Bulger on Wednesday pleaded not guilty to all counts against him, including his alleged role in 19 murders.
@Mtulu Shabazz Shakur Abdul:
And here I thought that the brother was being a dick.
That brother wasn't a brother. Just someone killing time by innocently role playing while bringing up a valid point.
Really folks, don't blame the jury or give glory to the defence team; the way the law is written probably you or I could go in and defend this guy and he would come out "Not guilty", because as the saying goes, "you've got to put the smoking gun in his hand?" and that is very hard to do. The judge tells the jury, "You must take every piece of evidence one by one and if that piece of evedince does not show the defendent to be guilty, then you must say 'not guilty". Ponderance of evidence does't count.
What else does a jury DO but ponder evidence? Isn't that their bloody JOB?
as long as this murdering trash is dead some one spit on him.
