Men charged with felony assault in beating of San Francisco Giants fan

The Los Angeles County District Attorney charged two men Friday with mayhem and assault - both felonies - in the March 31 beating of a Santa Cruz paramedic in the parking lot outside Dodger Stadium.

The paramedic, Bryan Stow, remains hospitalized.

      Given that the arrest came after a tip-off from a parole officer (see the embedded story) I'm guessing their records are not clean.

    Death Row won't happen; it's an assault charge. They may get 15-30 years on the egregious felonious assault charges, but they would never get capital punishment. My guess is 2-4 years at San Quentin.

    The irony is that Giovanni Ramirez the suspect LAPD police chief Beck insisted over and over! was the culprit will now sue the LAPD for money they need.I hope that the victim Stow recovers... .

    I can imagine the assalents were probably provoced by Bryan Stower iwith something he may have said, he may have even challenged them but that's beside the point they have to just keep their cool. Since this article doesn't give very many facts we can't make any judgements.
