Body found near where N.H. girl went missing

A female body was found Monday in the Connecticut River near where authorities are looking for a missing 11-year-old girl named Celina Cass, according to Essex County State Attorney Vincent Illuzzi.

The body was found near a hydroelectric plant, near Stewartstown, New Hampshire, Illuzzi said.

The New Hampshire Medical Examiner is on the scene.

The girl's parents told authorities their daughter was missing when they went to wake her up Tuesday morning, WMUR reported.

Who said anything about a man? it could be a woman that took her. Or maybe she commited suicide. No one knows so hold judgement until they do know for sure.

All these children and women getting murder is just insane what is wrong with our society? What give these men the right to just attack these innocent people. Its just so wrong where is the mental health community why are they not alerting the proper authority when they see these people are unstable there has to be somekind of warning that these are dangerous and not fit to be on the streets. Its like we allow serial killers to get more and more victims. Its just such a lack of effort on the people that are around these men to do anything that will stop them from harming oher people.

Yes, the MEN are the main problem in this world. We are all evil. Women (Casey Anthony and all the gold diggers who take half a man's money when they did nothing to help earn it) are not at fault for ANY problems today.

I don't think these things are happening any more then they always have, I just think with the Internet we are hearing about it more often.

But this is very sad, no matter who it might be.

How sad and i hate to say it but the parent's are probably responsible for this child's death.i hope not but statistic's show that most of the time it's a family member.God bless this poor child.

Depending on outcome: several years ago a UMass student went missing when traveling roughly in the same area. Could this be related to that disappearance?

I bet that this is the work of some lowly pedophile! This person should never be allowed to see the light of day again as he has as much business outside of prison as we had fighting that stupid war in Vietnam!!!

Well said, Joey. It just goes to show just what a sick society we're now living in!

What does this little girl's disappearance have to do with the war in Viet Nam?

What Joey was trying to say Madame Royale, was the simple fact that we never had any business fighting that useless war n Vietnam and we didn't anymore than these obnoxious wars of today! The point is that this pedophile has no right to be free, either like Joey stated above.

How odd that you would respond to something that was addressed to Fake.
And the Viet Nam war has absolutely nothing to do with the pain of the family of this little girl.
