Gotta Watch: Windshield worries

Driving can be dangerous, but it's not just distracted drivers or speeding-ticket dodgers that makes it so tricky. Sometimes road hazards can turn into near-death experiences. A piece of wood can become a dangerous projectile or a sneaky snake could ruin your summer travel plans. You've gotta watch how these windshield worries more than interrupted a few road trips.

Snake's surprise – Snakes must love modern transportation. They've slithered onto planes and stressed out Samuel L. Jackson and now, it appears they've taken a liking to automobiles. In this video a scaly serpent slides up a car's windshield as it cruises down the interstate. How would you have handled this scary situation?

Flying debris – A two-by-four unexpectedly flies through the windshield of a moving car. Luckily, no one was hurt. Get an inside view of the frightening event.

Now that's horse power – Imagine driving down a road when a horse literally runs over your car. The result is a compelling, if not shocking, video where the animal crushes the windshield and roof.

Hey Ruffnutt.. They are coming out with a new Camaro that has well over 550 hp.. You'd probably shoot something in your face if you drove that.

the new camaro is neat but very expensive... if i was going to get a new hotrod... i'd get a challanger, it looks the best..

@Ruffnutt: The Challenger is a slug. It got crushed in almost every category by the Mustang and Camaro. Dollar per dollar the Camaro is the better car. The mustang tested was the Shelby gt 500. The Camaro SS was the model for GM and the Challenger SRT model.. The Shelby costs about $80k the Camaro SS $37k and the Challenger is about $50k. Surprisingly the Challenger did better in cornering, but couldn't keep up with the other cars. You could put $10k worth of mods into a Camaro and beat both cars while still not paying more than what they cost. I like the new 565hp Cadillac too. The challenger looks cool, but they need to trim down some weight and add some more off the line speed to it.

The snake was a politician, religious leader, banker, or tv personality that wandered onto the road. Don't swerve just hit the gas and hope it's not messy.
