Rockets kill 1 in Israel; Hamas military wing ends truce

One person was killed and at least 12 were injured Saturday when more than two dozen rockets fired by Gaza militants slammed into Israeli cites.

It's the latest in the ongoing tit-for-tat violence between Israel and militants over the past three days.

The fatality occurred in Beer Sheva, according to Eli Bin, an emergency official in the region. Four people were seriously injured and two suffered moderate wounds when rockets struck a house and car. An unknown number of trauma injuries were being transported to the hospital, Bin said.

The only solution that has any chance of working is for the palestinians and israelis to meld into form of government which grants full independence and freedom, anything less is doomed for failure. Too many people are pushing a two state idea that has absolutely no hope of ever working, it's time for all parties to work towards a realistic goal.

We can go on about who's land it is till the cows come home, the fact is the palestinians and jews both descended from the same nomadic tribes thousands of years ago, it's time for them to reconcile in a free form of government. Anything less is doomed for failure.
