Charges dropped in Dominique Strauss-Kahn case

A New York judge dismissed sexual assault charges against former International Monetary Fund chief Dominique Strauss Kahn at the prosecutor's request Tuesday.

But Judge Michael Obus delayed implementing his order to give attorneys for Strauss-Khan's accuser time to appeal his denial of a request for a special prosecutor in the case.

A grand jury indicted Strauss-Kahn in May over allegations he sexually assaulted hotel housekeeper Nafissatou Diallo in his New York hotel suite.

In July, prosecutors began to back off the case, asking Obus to release Strauss-Kahn from house arrest after information surfaced that they said called Diallo's credibility into question.

      Kadaffy was the good buddy of Jimmy and Billy Carter .. the both got soused at the Atlanta airport and whizzed on the tar mac and Jimmy fixed their ticket for them.     I do not care what this woman back ground is, she has a right not to be molested by a super rich predator. Women or men are not here on the earth for the pleasure of the rich and famous as they seem to think. Take him to trail and let him take his chance with a juror.

    If the man had been Black, and the maid had been white, the case would have gone to trial, and the court would have barred any background evidence as attacking the victim, and all the white woman run organizations for women would have been out in force to make sure this happened. Racism, at its best.
