'Mild earthquake' reported in New York, governor says

A 2.9 magnitude earthquake has been reported near Altamont, New York, Gov. Andrew Cuomo said in a statement Saturday.

"Although this was a mild earthquake, out of an abundance of caution, I have ordered immediate inspection of nearby infrastructure, including a NYPA (New York Power Authority) inspection of the Blenheim-Gilboa Dam in Schoharie County," Cuomo said.

Maybe its the end, maybe its not. Maybe we should be trying to change, maybe not. Maybe its a sign, maybe its not. Whatever the case "maybe", one thing is, we better be right with our individual thinking. None of us truely know anything even though we claim on these blogs that we know more than the next man when we really don't knoW nothing at all. All I really know is that I have lived life (good and bad) and I have come to one conclusion in my 35 years of living: I would rather live my life with my faith in God and be sorry that there is not one than to NOT live my life without God and to die and find out that there was one all the time. Think about it.

I believe in God. I don't believe this is the end, however.

Cuomo needs to cool his heels. You don't start inspecting infrastructures after a 2.9 earthquake, it is like going outside and screaming like a girl in a panic. Chill, you are overreacting. Cuomo panics-lots of others panic. Staying cool is prime.

Can you get that female reporter out of the water in NYC where the street lights are on? I don't want to see her get electrocuted. Her name is Mary Snow.
