New trial set for Roger Clemens

U.S. District Court Judge Reggie Walton on Friday granted federal prosecutors a new trial for former Major League pitcher Roger Clemens.

A starting date was set for April 17.

The case against Clemens, accused of one count of obstruction of Congress, three counts of making false statements and two counts of perjury, was declared a mistrial in July after evidence ruled inadmissible was shown in court.

    I don't care if he used steroids. I don't care if anyone uses steroids. That your business not mine, or the governments. If the MLB dose not like it, let them deal with it!!

    this is a waste of our tax dollars what difference will it make if he is found guilty? Oh he will go to jail so we can spend more tax dollars on him. America has there priorities in all the wrong places.
