It was the Tea Party...the damage they are causing to the US is far greater than any natural disaster that could hit your shores. Wake up America...these people are CRAZY!!!!

I just got done playing 9 holes here at my local course in Fiji. The dang thing could've at least hit while I was putting on the 7th hole. Stopped just short of the hole.

Seriously, didn't feel a thing, folks. Come on down and enjoy Fiji.

True we have better technology so we are aware of more quakes...but..we've had more frequent larger earthquakes from 2000-current then ever before in recorded history. measuring over 7.0.

There's a really informative program called 24 Hours of Reality online right now that focuses on the global effects of climate change. Go to ustream.tv/climaterealityproject. I had to spread the word, since CNN never covers the topic.

@TheTruth72... wow! I 've lived 23 years where I can see a glacier from my window, it's getting lower and there are small waterfalls below it where there were none about 10 years ago. The summers are a lot warmer than they used to be. Is Jesus doing all that himself? Isn't Jesus destroying the Earth a tad against what the concept of Jesus is about? Good thing is when he destroys the Earth, you'll be gone too. :o)

Ok so Obama and his wife got into a fight and started a chain of eathqueakes. But I blame Time Warner for relocating most of Maines division to NY and putting Maine people out of jobs.

WRONG! Chuck Norris doesn't take dumps. His body has its own filtration/purification system that turns his waste into pure fury! Oh, and his tears are the cure for Cancer, but Chuck Norris never cries, so Cancer will never be cured. I heard Chuck Norris and Oprah were having an epic battle for control of the universe and he kicked her so hard in the Va Jay Jay that she flew into the upper atmosphere and when she crash back to the Earth it caused the earthquake.

when speaking about a new earth, the bible is not talking about creating a new planet...

otherwise it would not harmonize with Isaiah 45:18 "For this is what Jehovah has said, the Creator of the heavens, He the [true] God, the Former of the earth and the Maker of it, He the One who firmly established it, who did not create it simply for nothing, who formed it even to be inhabited:"

...the earth in this sense portrays human kind as in the unrighteous humankind that will be destroyed.

The same way it speaks of a new heavens...God made the heavens 'new' by casting out the devil and the demons with him...Rev 12 :7-10
