Janitor finds mentally disabled people chained in basement; 3 arrested

Three suspects accused of chaining mentally disabled people and stealing their Social Security checks were arrested in Philadelphia.

They were arrested Friday after a janitor doing checks at a building found four victims - a 29-year-old woman, and three men, ages 31, 35 and 31 - locked up in a basement boiler room at a Philadelphia residence, said Lt. Ray Evers, a police spokesman. The janitor released the four and called police.

Authorities believe the victims had been trapped in the tiny room for up to a week. Evers said they suffered from bed sores and "injuries that are very, very hard to describe."

    Sad story for sure. But not all mentals are good people, thousands are criminals. We warehouse criminal mentals in our state hospitals and have been sued twice for doing so, to no avail. We would have them in prison already, but the criminals claim innocence because they were under the influence of prescription drugs when they did their crimes. Now they are demanding that we allow Dr's to up their dosages and make Colorado pay for it because we are taking too long to prosecute them! We don't strap them down unless they are violent or perverted to the point where they try to have relations with each other while in custody. Once they make it to prison, we let them do whatever they want to each other as far as relationships go. But it takes a long time to prove that a person under the influence of pharmaceuticals is guilty, and even then, most are released on probation. The vast majority of our prisons are ful of non-violent marijuanna offenders and there isn't room for these medical fraudsters.

This is hardly the same thing either.This, as well as Colorado's being overwhelmed by criminals claiming innocence due to being under the influence of pharmaceuticals is worse, wayyyy worse than chaining 3. Goto Youtube.com and search 'bayer ag nazi' and watch the NBC news report of Bayer AG distributing HIV tainted pharmaceuticals in the USA. You may want to check and see if your own or Andrea's meds are tainted.Justa 'heads up' from an old man with no TV. 😉

    Funny how they can spot me. No myystery though. Who else here realizes that something is wrong with a system that allows for more funding of free pharmaceuticals than funding of national defense, and speaks their mind? Only me here on the N. But there are millions of me all around the world doing this. Attack my person all you want. It won't change the fact that we are being dumbed down, and not just by a poorly funded educational system.
