Iran willing to look at Saudi plot evidence, minister says

Iran is willing to look at evidence that an Iranian man plotted to kill Saudi Arabia's ambassador to the United States, the country's foreign minister said Monday, even as he denied the allegations had "the necessary basis in fact."

"We are prepared to consider any issue, even if it is falsely created, with patience. We have asked the Unites States to provide us with the relevant information regarding this scenario," Foreign Minister Ali Akbar Salehi told the Islamic Republic News Agency.

The U.S. State Department said last last week there had been direct contact with Iran about the alleged plot, but a senior Iranian official denied it.

Two State Department officials said U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Susan Rice met with Mohammad Khazaee, Iran's permanent representative to the United Nations.

But the Iranian mission in New York denied it.

"There were no kinds of negotiations between the two countries, and there was not such a contact," said Alireza Miryousefi, press secretary for the Iranian Mission to the United Nations.

  3. Saudi Arabia Should think hard before believing a word

Lets face it, the US and NATO is committed to a world created by them through aggression and warfare against Oil Rich Nations. The US is too deeply vested in Saudi Arabia to directly aggress against it therefore, the next best idea is to get Saudi Arabia to aggress against Iran in order to start a war between these two muslim brother countries. The US can then enter such a war under the guise of helping "a friend", (the Saudis), if they were as foolish to believe that the US is ever a friend to any oil rich nation. This would enable the US to finally have the war they have wanted
to have with Iran causing complete destruction of the Persian Gulf, cut Saudi Arabia off at the knee and destroy the entire Middle East and the Persian Gulf in order to profit from a remaking of the area in a Western image. This is a manufactured issue. This was confirmed when a photo of the supposed informer was shown on TV. The individual who supposedly brought the plot, (if what I saw on the news were correct), to light whould not be taken seriously in any US court if he were giving evidence against a shoplifter never mind an issue as big as this one. Reporting this issue to the Saudis is just playing on their weak spot and it so happens to have the potential to make them feel afraid enough to get into a "fight" with Iran. It is important to cause the Saudis to feel nervous because it is that much easier to convince them to go into war with "the protection of the US of Course!. Who would have thought the learned JD President would be so fallible, easily led down the wrong path and the uncontested leader of such an obviously made in America plot.. No One! Simply because while it will rile Americans up, most everyone outside the US will probably be thinking "made in Langley", and will think it a potential guise to help the US use the Saudis as a proxy through which to rage war with Iran. What a debacle these so called leaders have made of this world we live in. If any response were to come from the Saudis where this matter is concerned, it should be to keep their fair prince at home; simply because this may just be the beginning of a set up; followed by harm being done to the Prince and then the blaming of Iran for it; even if this were to happen to the Prince while the entire citizenry of Iran slept. Somehow Iran would be blamed, regardless if every Persian in and out of Persia were asleep during such an incident. It is about time that the leadership of the USA understand that other leaders are only going along to get along and out of fear of the American Military Machine. They do not believe the information about this and most other information of this kind as reported by America – they know though that in order not to be the very next target that they must appear to be believers.
How can such an apparrent "doveish" President be party to a movement that kills the heads of governments of other countries and think it anything but criminal. Have US presidents been thinking themselves interchangeable with God himself? Maybe no one from Saudi Arabia reads these postings, I am however praying that none among the leadership is as gullible as thre American Leadership hopes. They should also ask themselves if a war were to ensue between them and Iran who would suffer and die? The answer: fellow muslims, thousands and humdres of thousands of them, peaceful, suffering Iranian, their children whom they value so greatly, their families, their children, their citizens. And for what? Really for what? Not Americans. Their, (Saudis and Iranians), homelands would be bombed by American made bombs back into the 14th century, no "friend" is worth that, especially no friend to whom you pay protection money and whose arms and equipment of warfare you purchase at such great costs. No friend whould want to see you destroy your country and your piece of paradise, no friend who would not want your people protected and your citizenry enjoying good health and well being. And last but noot least, while Saudi call the US friends, it is more likely to call the Iranians brother – it has something to do with theid DNA.
