I just saw that Mississippi voters have a "Life at Fertilization" movement up for consideration this fall.
I am astounded that anyone living today could be that backward. Frequently, as someone who escaped Mississippi at the age of eighteen, I am both ashamed that I was born there, and amazed that I could have changed my thinking so completely from that state's cognitive bases of irrationality.
