Obama steps up jobs push in North Carolina

President Barack Obama continued hammering Republicans over their opposition to his $447 billion jobs plan Tuesday, casting the GOP as handmaids of the rich unwilling to support fair sacrifices in order to help a struggling middle class.

Visiting a school and community center in Jamestown, North Carolina, Obama said "folks in Washington don't seem to be listening" to calls for help.

"I want to work with Republicans," the president insisted. But political leaders need to "focus less on trying to satisfy one wing of one party," he said - an apparent reference to populist tea party conservatives.

This administration only cares about the public sector unions. All the bailout money went to prop up the failing pension system - the next big bubble to burst.

Obama outta there in 2012. You betcha.

That is not true. Obama has put all his focus on jobs. I should say saving his job. He spends zero hours governing and 24/7 campaigning. As far as the rest of America he could care less. One phone call to turn the tap on in the gulf and thousands would be hired. One phone call to The EPA and the road construction projects could begin. He has the power. He just don't care.

Yeah Obama your on a roll look at Beacon and Solyndra.. Keep it up loser. Obama needs to go, it was just anounced ( on non-State run media sites like this one) that annother energy company that received a $43 million loan guarantee through the same federal program that backed Solyndra has followed the path of the failed solar firm and filed for bankruptcy. Beacon Power Corporation filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Sunday in U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Delaware
