NATO aims to end Libya campaign on October 31

NATO will begin to scale back operations in Libya following Moammar Gadhafi's death, with the preliminary end date of October 31, NATO chief Anders Fogh Rasmussen said Friday.

"We did what we said we would do and now is the time for the Libyan people to take their destiny into their own hands," Rasmussen said.

NATO launched an air and missile campaign in March - when pro-Gadhafi forces were advancing on a rebel stronghold in Libya - under a U.N. mandate to protect civilians. NATO's efforts have included strike sorties and airstrikes targeting Gadhafi's military resources.

"Reporters were also taken to Sabratha hospital some 10 kilometres from Sorman, where an AFP correspondent saw nine bodies, including two children. They also saw body parts including a child’s head.

Canadian Lieutenant General Charles Bouchard, commander of NATO operations in Libya, insisted the military was targeted.

'This strike will greatly degrade Kadhafi regime forces’ ability to carry on their barbaric assault against the Libyan people,' said Bouchard."

Let me just say that I have an idea.
Let me also say that I have nothing but contempt for someone who would post something like "The Eggs of Satan".
    Reap what you sow, hater.
    Because you eventually will.

Just a joke.. About immigrants and not 'assimilating' quickly enough.. About those who hate them and think mexicans are somehow special in that regard.

It's not so much about people changing as it is about generations learning different tricks. I know 3rd generation mexicans that can't speak spanish..
