Officials: 10 killed in Gaza, Israel in back-and-forth violence

At least 10 people are dead in Gaza and southern Israel, in a wave of back-and-forth attacks between the Israeli military and Palestinian militants, according to medical and military officials.

The violence began when two Islamic Jihad commanders were among seven militants killed Saturday by Israeli strikes targeting a training camp in Rafah, Gaza, a spokesman for the militant group and medical sources reported.

The Israel Defense Forces said that more than 20 mortars and rockets were subsequently fired into their territory. A 55-year-old man was killed in the rocket attacks and 20 others were injured, according to Zaki Heler, an emergency services spokesman in Israel.

      I call for all of musloids to migrate together to Iran and Pakistan, take the dirty bombs that Iran and pak has, all of the musloids stand together and detonate those dirty booms upon yourselves.       I consider myself a fairly intelligent person. If I belonged to any group or "religion" that engaged in hating another group simply for the sake of hating them I would bail out of that group immediately. Why do so very few Muslims leave their "faith"? Are they stupid? Are they afraid (the women)? Are they uneducated and simply looking forward to the ridiculous promised afterlife / 72 virgins?

    Why is all this "news"? These folks will continue their crap forever. This is the classic example of religious/tribal wars that are all we can ever expect in the anytime soon from the middle east. The U.S. needs to back it off and let these primitives fight among themselves the way they have for centuries ......naturally we'll sell them the needed equipment , etc.

    The "two Islamic Jihad commanders were among seven militants killed Saturday"were terrorists that launched rockets into Israeli cities, killing one and injuring some others. Israel has the right to defend herself in any means available.
    Try to be honest for once.

    There were 9 Palestinians killed in Israeli drone attacks Saturday. Yes they are using armed drones to ill them now. As if tanks, attack helicopters, missiles & bulldozers were not enough.
    Ah! yes those terrifying home made unguided rockets the Palestinians use to retaliate. A threat to the world. Since 2009 only one Israeli civilian was killed by these rockets 'raining on Israel', one more on Saturday.
    Palestinian deaths do not count. Since 2001 more than 6000 killed.
    200 nukes ( more than what Britain has), cruise missiles, crusie missile carrying submarines, 100 land based missile Launchers, 1000 kg precision guided bombs, state of the art F-35s the only other country to have them, Iron Dome Mobile Defense System etc. etc. The best equipped military in the world, thanks to American tax payers.
    So lets speed up the $ 38 billion military aid we are quietly scheduled to deliver them between now & 2014. Besides $ 115 billion already with them according to Washington Report on Middle East. Lest the Palestinian rockets destroy Israel.
    A just solution to this festering issue? Never. We have to follow the dictats of our Supreme Leader in Tel Aviv. Period.

      Yes, Israelis will use armed drones, attack helicopters, tanks and artillery and every other legitimate types of weapons for as long as the war continues. You see, as long as the Palestinians are willing the war to continue it means that the amount of weapons and their types is NOT enough to make them to ask for peace.
