Why do they keep touting the Conrad Murray as if we're all on the edge our our seats with bated breath?

Because CNN knows that celebrity trials are much more exciting and important than investigations like this one:

    @ banasy:
They keep touting the Conrad Murray thing to keep me from checking out my supply of hay.

@Banasy– What else is there to to report on, five republicans, polar bears heading north? They might just as well report on somebody's grandkid cutting his first tooth. By the way, how's your grandkids doing? That may be more interesting.

I only have the one. She's 8 months old today.
She went as a rubber ducky for Halloween...she was adorable!

As for the Polar Bears, as long as they don't migrate *South*, I'm good.

We could read the Glass -Steagal act, The Gramm- Leach- Bliley act, and the commodity futures modernization act, then critique it to see how it applies to us today. Light reading. Then just look up Sen, Gramm and Wendy Gramm and see how she was rewarded by Enron. Meet you all here later.
Then we will discuss why there are people in the street.
Then we will discuss the OWS movement and wonder why they are in the street.
Sounds like a full day to me.

I want to hear more about what 70s sitcom stars are doing, and disgusting things current politicians did 35 years ago.

SARCASM. I don't really want to see this, CNN.

It needed to be said, just in case they thought it was a serious post.
