Police investigate possible hate crime in Jewish New York neighborhood

Police are investigating what authorities say could be a hate crime in a Jewish section of Brooklyn, New York, after three cars were set ablaze and anti-Semitic graffiti was scrawled across park benches.

Police said they responded to emergency calls pertaining to the case early Friday morning.

The city's Hate Crimes Task Force is "actively investigating the twisted person or people who attacked cars, benches, and a sidewalk on a block of Ocean Parkway early this morning," New York Mayor Michael Bloomberg said in a statement.

    Yeah, Canada would be my only other coice too. I used to spend all my summers on my cousins farm over there when I was young. My brother still lives there and it has been fun visiting. Love their beer. Especially Molson Blue.

    However sentiments are a changing here too, socio-political thought no longer reflects the American spirit. Its more religious, faith centered and motivated by long ingrained prejudices. Fanned by self serving politicos , commentators & propogandists.
    The Old Guard incharge of this nation's destiny has caused the decline of US & those aspiring to lead us would precipitate that decline.
    Our hope is young Americans who can rise above all this & bring about real change.

    I hope that they have a jewish policeman investigate the crimes.. he would be able to identify hate crimes more easily
