Supreme Court takes up challenge to health care reform law
The U.S. Supreme Court will hear a challenge to President Barack Obama's sweeping health care reform law, the court announced Monday.
Oral arguments will likely be held in late February or March, with a ruling by June.
A key issue to be considered by the high court's nine justices is whether the "individual mandate" section of the law - requiring nearly all Americans to buy health insurance by 2014 or face financial penalties - is an improper exercise of federal authority. Various states have argued that if that linchpin provision is found unconstitutional, the entire law will have to be scrapped.

I went back to the gym this morning after being released from the hospital late Saturday.
the whole idea of govt funded health care is rediculous. leaving the govt in charge of my health?!!! wow Ive been trying to get a passport for a month now and i have to wait Yet another week for a stinkin appt. thats the federal govt for ya! and since when did it become obamas job to wipe my ass anyways???

You know the heath care reform or obamacare has a lot of serious conflictions and is a huge debate like ive ever seen but there is something you can not deny http://Preexistingconditioninsuranceplan.com (sorry copied pasted for accuracy) is the program by the government now and helped me get coverage as a diabetic that no one else would give me. Ones that were real insurance said $2300 a month! Thats insane so that pcip insurance plan takes everyone witha condition that cant get coverage and that the bottom line. So i praise the healthcare reform. If you had a condition and no help from anyone then peoples tune would change!
