Tuesday's live events

The 2012 presidential election is 11 months away, but that doesn't mean we're resting on our laurels until the first caucus takes place. Live is your home for the latest news from the campaign trail.

Today's programming highlights...

9:30 am ET - Occupy goes to Congress - Members of the Occupy movement march to Capitol Hill to call on Congress to help those who need it the most.

11:00 am ET - High-speed rail hearing - What sounds like an ordinary Congressional hearing on high-speed rail could be overshadowed by questions over an FAA administrator's leave of absence after being arrested in Virginia on a DWI charge.

2:05 pm ET - Obama talks economy in Kansas - President Obama spends part of his day in Osawatomie, Kansas, to make remarks on the economy.

3:15 pm ET - Romney gets an endorsement - Former vice president Dan Quayle returns to the political spotlight today in Arizona, as he's set to endorse Mitt Romney for the Republican presidential nomination.

5:00 pm ET - Capitol Christmas Tree lighting - House Speaker John Boehner will light the Capitol Christmas Tree on the Capitol's West Front lawn. Live is your home for breaking news as it happens.

@ gay gung, sounds like you got some extreme issues of your own. My advise stick a tampon in your mouth, and slap a pad on your lips and crawl back in your cave! You are a waste of humanity!

Its still a shame that you have to cheat on your husband, remember the truth always comes around. When your married ,with children and cheating on your husband you are cheating on your children first, thats the beginning of it all , than the husband comes last as far as loss , it is immoral , childish , adultry, its a game of no return, once you go down that road you dont come back its sad that those particular people have to play such games , in the long run they looose , poor doug, he was lied to, cheated on ,and deceived. And she divorced him ? Its a shame that an adult could do such a terrible thing to another person,,, the money is really worth it ? What a group of loosers we have up here in northern california,
