Baghdad bombings kill 9

A triple bombing in Baghdad's Sadr City slum Thursday morning killed at least nine people and wounded 35 others, an official with Iraq's Interior Ministry said.

The first bomb - attached to a motorcycle - detonated near a group of laborers who were searching for day jobs in the Shiite neighborhood, according to the official. Shortly after that, two other bombs detonated in quick succession nearby.

Iraqis have been concerned about an increase in violence after the U.S. Military withdrawal from the country.

MISGUIDED! Yes, we were lied to about WMD's to get into these countries. However, we were looking in the wrong place, when in reality the WMD's were all around us! The Taliban & Al Queida are the real WMD's! Until they are wiped out, or change their beleifs, neither are going to happen, the bombings and killing of men, women & children, mainly their own people, will continue! To think anyone can change these people are waisting their time. They are raised from birth, brainwashed, lied to, and threatened, to BELEIVE, that to kill is their path to glory!

Thank You former President G. W. Bush for waging an un-necessary war on Iraq taking out their former ruthless dictator, Saddam Hussein. Iraq is so much safer now, isn't it?? Ughhh....

I agree, some countries do need ruthless dictators. Not every countries run smoothly like Canada, USA, Australia or N.Z, anyway, it is in Islam's Koran to kill another Muslims to live a happy life.
