Parades are supposed to be fun. Nothing has been fun about this goon parade that has been going on for over a year. Is there anything more adverse to a joyful time than watching over and over and over politicians trying to get elected to positions they are not qualified for and almost forcing us citizens to listen to the lying crap that comes out of their mouths? Listening to people who are presenting themselves as "Christians" and "God fearing" moralize about the rest of us, and smearing each other everytime they open their mouths, is utterly disheartening. i would just like to hear one religious leader from every religious faith stand up and tell them to shut up, quit lying about God talking to them personally, and quit bearing false witness against those they hate and want to beat out. America politics have become anathema to the mental health of all Americans.

    @ Bigereads

I agree. This parade has been more on par of what you would see at Ringling Bros. circus.
