Nigeria church shooting kills at least 8, pastor says

At least eight people have been killed in a shooting at a church in northeastern Nigeria, a pastor at the church said Friday.

Gunmen attacked the Deeper Life church in Gombe, the capital of Gombe state, on Thursday evening as worshipers held a revival meeting, according to the Venerable Joseph Ninyo, a pastor with the Anglican Diocese of Gombe.

He said 20 people were being treated in the hospital, one of whom is in intensive care.

"Many tried to run but were gunned down," eyewitness Konson Danladi said. "I was just outside the church when the men came and started shooting and I ran."

    One of the problems facing African citizens is the friction between those who profit from foreign countries getting all the oil and diamonds and those who have starved children. It's much the same in the USA where we have about half of the population totally dependant on government checks for survival rubbing-up against the other half. If you criticize their employer/caretaker they get bent out of shape...even calling you "anti-American". .and don't even think about exposing military entytlement or disabilty fraud. There are millions of fraudsters and some of them get downright nasty when you expose their kind. Like the stereotypical obese couple Dandy Seroquel and Sharon Doughnuts claiming that their obesity has disabled them and now collect social security disability. Dandy Seroquel sit's around drinking beer all day, trading pills...and when he gets caught trying to raype a door-to-door salesgirl, here comes enabler Sharon to wisk him away to have his meds adjusted. Millions choose this lifestyle.

    No place on this planet for the likes of these misguided maniacal souls. Hate and intolerance, the two poisons polluting the enviorns. Got to get rid of them.
    There is of-course the factor that these sick emotions are manipulated by forces, mostly in governance who profit from making the populace live in fear.

    If you have being following up with african news especially Nigeria,then you would understand that the people were shot by an Islamist group called Boko Haram.they are a menance and how they get these wepons is still a mystery.
