   i watched c-span trial on this reminds meofthe movie ENEMY OF THE STATE i would summarize there is no such thing as privacy when SMART PHONES can be tracked by police and the majority of the population isnt even aware this has the device in the phone before you buy it

   I think the police should have to get a warren to put a vehicle tracking system on someone's car without their knowledge. I feel like it is an invasion of privacy.
