9 dead, 72 wounded after bombings in Iraq, police say

At least nine people were killed and at least 72 others wounded Tuesday when four car bombs and a roadside bomb exploded in mostly Shiite neighborhoods in Baghdad, police officials said.

In the latest attack, a car bomb exploded near an elementary school in the Shulaa neighborhood of northwestern Baghdad, police said. Two people were killed, and 18 others - including some students from the elementary school - were wounded.

The attacks raised concerns among ordinary people about the ability of Iraqi security forces to ensure security in this country, particularly after the United States withdrew troops by the end of 2011.

    Some Islam, yes.
Remember the Alamo, and remember the Inquisition.
    Then there were the Crusades.
I know Muslims who are extremely kind and productive in the USA, including Muslims from places as different as Senegal, Yemen, and San Francisco.
In the USA there have been heroes and ministers from all religions and races, and criminals from all religions and races who should have been electrocuted and were.
People are the same everywhere. Some good ones, some duds.
Some cultures make it tough for the good people to be good.

The recession lives on, Joey. Don't sh/t yourself, but a few 10ths of a percentage in unemployment rates does not a strong economy make new. The fed sucks US dry as a bone, and only one man even wants to see the fed audited by US for the first time ever. Ron Paul. (But don't waste your vote on him. He'll never see a day in the oval office. Crooks don't like to be audited)
