Today's programming highlights...

9:00 am ET - CPAC convenes - Conservative activists and officials gather in Washington for the annual conference hosted by the American Conservative Union.  Today's speakers include Sen. Marco Rubio at 10:35 am ET, Rep. Michele Bachmann at 12:15 pm ET, Texas Gov. Rick Perry at 1:20 pm ET and Herman Cain at 4:25 pm ET.

10:00 am ET - Mississippi pardons hearing - Former Mississippi Gov. Haley Barbour's controversial pardons are the subject of a state Supreme Court hearing on the legality of the moves.

12:30 pm ET - Italian PM in Washington - Italian Prime Minister Mario Monti will meet with President Obama at the White House to discuss the European debt crisis and other issues.  But first, he will speak at the Peterson Institute in Washington.

2:30 pm ET - Santorum rally - GOP presidential candidate Rick Santorum will address CPAC tomorrow.  Today, he'll speak at a campaign rally in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
