Fans, celebrities react to Whitney Houston's death: 'We will always love you'

Legendary pop singer Whitney Houston has died at age 48, representative Kristen Foster said Saturday night.

The cause of death and where she died were not immediately known. In May 2011, Houston got help for her much-publicized struggle with drugs and alcohol, her representative said at the time.

According to her official website, Houston, who struggled with addiction problems over the years, sold more than 170 million albums, singles and videos over her career.

As news of her death spread online her fans and celebrities tweeted that they were absolutely shocked and saddened at the news.

Mark Zuckerberg doesn't care about whitney. He only cares about facebook and his money. Another heartless hyprocritical billionaire. The world would be better off if he left us right before whitney.

    RIP WHITNEY HOUSTON

Why does the news media try and turn such a tragic event into a Degrading summary This lady has past and they put people talking about her substance abuse issues and that leading to her demise Lets all concentrate on what she accomplished, and give time for the professionals to decide the cause , Do not slander her name just for headlines or Buzz Ratings Show the life of the gifted not the speculation of the death

Her daughter will go on, but look at what her mother won't be there for. Examples: getting a driver's license, high school graduation, college graduation, marriage, grandkids etc... Nobody should be on this board putting down Whitney Houston. If so, I hope as soon what you post is deleted in a split second from this board.
