President Obama will present his 2013 budget plan Monday

When President Barack Obama rolls out his 2013 budget proposal Monday, it's likely to unleash another round of political finger-pointing on Capitol Hill.

The White House bills the document as a "blueprint for how we can rebuild an economy where hard work pays off and responsibility is rewarded."

While the White House and Democrats are advocating a balanced approach to economic growth - including spending cuts, increased tax revenue and investments in rebuilding infrastructure such as highways and bridges, Republicans will argue for deeper spending cuts and lower tax rates.

Both sides contend that their positions will bring the economic growth needed to stimulate significant reductions in the federal deficit and rising national debt.

@philip so what u saying the Federal government runs this country, then we have federalists a democracy that does not make any sense. aren't we overdo for a revolution 1n 2012? or is it the end of the world? perhaps we people still haven't learned how to run our destiny without the government subordination

Good morning, Joey. he he. You won't be catching any native trout in Colorado with that fiddle finger/piano thumb. Because there aren't anymore remaining alive. Many were caught and eaten by me, but most have died from "whirling disease" The few remaining can hardly be called "native", so inbred with Fish and Game hatchery fish that spread whirling disease to begin with. (and i replied to your 'Philip for president' post on the Greece blog. You'll spot me right-away. he he.I'm *1937BMW J38 Flying saucer w/cannon*

I saw your BMW response already. I know your writing. I did not know about your whirling trout, however. Sorry, but that leaves you time to put your splendid brain to work somewhere else.

@Proph. 1...that's not what I am saying at all. The federal government is in charge of charity, making sure gov. employees make an avg. of 56K per year, dispensing Social Security funds to the Pentagon who can no longer afford to invade and occupy foreign nations since they spend 80% of defense funding on themselves, keeping our southern border open to allow slaves to cross freely (way cheaper than importing them from Africa), policeing US and the world, etc. The Fed runs our economy[down, i might add], not the President, and not the congress.

    @ The 1 Prophet:
Nel cuore, penso di vivere in Italia, a Roma.
I have worked there a lot, and in America I've worked with many Italian opera singers. One tenor, from Naples, told me, about my musical style, "you're like somebody who has lived in Italy a long time...centuries."

@ philip ok so lets elaborate and prospect how the US government will collapse, we know about the civil war! there 3 main branches of the US government, legislative executive and judiciary, then there is the Federal which is the money. all these three branches must work systematically yes? i predict a collapse in the next election. The US 2013 budget has major fiscal problems, the next election will stall creating a political crisis and financial madness spreading panic and uncertainty upon the people the stock market t will crash in a big way along with European market followed by the Asian market a global crash is coming. Smells like Anarchism already.

and i predict, after obama gets sworn in with his new congress, the world will become 'animated'.

and not the cool, computer animation, like in archer, or star wars.

it'll be like walking into toontown. trees, singing and dancing; little birds carrying strands of garland; big smiles on buildings, swaying to the fro... the sun beaming high in the sky, wearing a big smile and a pair of sunglasses.

@Prophet 1...you see doom and gloom where I see prosperity. The true economic recovery plan involves the CIA helping our overwhelmed FBI deal with domestic fraud. Example: Currently, a young man can work as an Army supply clerk for 6 yrs., quit, claim disability, and recieve 2,800 dollars per mo. for life with full benefits. He can open a shop near a US military base and sell whatever to his returning soldiers, and he can put the biz in his fav girlfriends name, and pocket the cash. It's called military enti tlement fraud, and it has cost US trillions over the years. The CIA keeps tabs on them from their domestic affairs div. in Denver, including knowing every single keystroke ever made by a fraudster on his/her PC. All who defraud US will be rounded-up and sent to slave camps(homeland security prisons built for the tens of thousands of "terrorists" congress said would be arrested after 9/11) where they work off their debt to society. Imagine the savings. Add to that SS, welfare, medical fraud...(cont)

  13. Philip

...medical fraud is the biggie. Currently, we spend more on mind altering prescription meds than we do on national defense. Once the CIA/FBI round-up all of the MD's and pharmaceutical officials who make available and prescribe drugs for profit rather than health, these imprisoned doctors will be setting our broken bones for free from their new prison offices. Over 250 thousand Americans die ea. yr. from taking improperly prescribed meds. Imagine the "terrorists" figuring out a way to kill that many of US. (cont)

America is being and will be totally weened off of useless mind-altering drugs that are nothing more than expensive knock-offs of popular street drugs like heroin, methamphetimines, etc. The latest research shows that drugs prescribed for depression only work in about 3% of cases, and then only in the patients spun opinion of themselves. Studies show that just taking three 20 min. walks per week does more for depression. Non-violent marijuanna abusers will be granted early release from prison, making room for more fraudsters and the thousands of men who will be convicted of statutory boy raype in the near future. No doubt about it. America will clean herself up and become the presentable lady she once was. Citizens will be thinking with clear minds...more productive and happier than ever. Peoples minds will change back our laws to where they used to be...no more legal abortions, sodomy, system fraud, boy raype, pharmaceutical abuse...no more steroids and hormones used by crooked ranchers to make their cows...
