11:00 am ET - Gingrich in Oklahoma - GOP presidential candidate Newt Gingrich will address a session of the Oklahoma State Legislature in Oklahoma City.

11:00 am ET - Romney town hall - GOP hopeful Mitt Romney spends his morning in Michigan, where he'll hold a town hall-style meeting in Shelby Township.

11:35 am ET - Obama talks payroll taxes - President Obama will stress the need for bipartisanship and the importance of the payroll tax cut compromise when he speaks at the White House.

12:30 pm ET - White House briefing - Payroll taxes, spending and Syria will likely dominate Press Secretary Jay Carney's agenda with the White House press corps.

1:30 pm ET - Santorum luncheon - GOP candidate Rick Santorum spends his day in Arizona, where he'll speak before a Lincoln Day luncheon in Phoenix.

7:15 pm ET - White House honors the blues - As part of Black History Month celebrations, President Obama and the first lady welcome several musical greats to the White House to honor blues music.  Musicians scheduled to attend include B.B. King and Mick Jagger.
