Andrew Breitbart, well-known conservative blogger, dead at 43

Andrew Breitbart, a well-known conservative blogger, has died, his attorney confirmed Thursday. He was 43.

Breitbart was also known as a pundit on conservative television shows and got his start helping to run the original right-wing online media behemoth, the Drudge Report, then started his own website.

Breitbart was the first to post the infamous Twitter photos of U.S. Rep Anthony Weiner last year, in which the congressman appeared barechested and in his underpants. Weiner eventually stepped down amid the scandal.

An In Memoriam post on his website said that it was with a "terrible feeling of pain and loss" that they announces his death.

"Andrew passed away unexpectedly from natural causes shortly after midnight this morning in Los Angeles," the post said. "We have lost a husband, a father, a son, a brother, a dear friend, a patriot and a happy warrior. Andrew lived boldly, so that we more timid souls would dare to live freely and fully, and fight for the fragile liberty he showed us how to love."

According to the post, in a new conclusion to one of his books, he wrote about how much he loved his job and fighting for what he believed in.

Andrew recently wrote a new conclusion to his book, Righteous Indignation:

"Andrew is at rest, yet the happy warrior lives on, in each of us," the post stated.

If you're an A-Ho, You never too young to die.
What was the cause of death anyway? Maybe too much meeting with Tea baggers!

I am not affected one way or another about this man's death. I think its strange when someone "well-known" dies, people get so upset with others comments and then send their "condolences and prayers to family/friends." Do you really think the family gives a rat's a%% about that? They aren't thinking about you!!! Its just sounds so dumb. Like you feel like you're better than someone because you pass on condolences to someone you don't even know.

Everywhere says natural causes. Like Davy Jones yesterday it was likely a heart attack. He was out walking with his father-in-law Orson Bean (Desperate Housewives). Not everyone dies of an overdose and you would be hurt if you heard people saying one of your family died of an overdose. Davy Jones death yesterday was a tragedy. Breitbart's passing was a blessing. He did the devils work of trying to destroy and divide our country. My sympathies to Mr. Bean and to the cast and fans of The Monkees.

I can't help but laugh at those that think one side (be it right or lift) has a monopoly on truth manipulation. The naivete is strong in this thread.

No one dies of "natural causes" at 43. Well reported, as usual, CNN.

I am not happy the guy is dead. I'd never wish for that ... But I must say that with his passing the world is a better place today.

After reading through these many post i have came to the conclusion that Liberals do not know how to use proper nouns. God is a proper noun for those of you Liberals that don't know! President Obama is even considered a proper noun. He is also consider many other things as well!

"I" is also a proper noun, so since you are the grammar police, you should probably get that one right as you correct someone else.

Shirley Sherrod is a good example of the selective way he used journalism to discredit a democrat. By EDITING the video to make her look like a racist, but it was found to be the exact opposite. He was not a truth seeker, but a seeker of the what I want you to believe, in my biased opinion.
