Killing by Syrian regime moves across country Monday, opposition says

After pummeling the city of Rastan over the weekend, government troops turned their lethal attention to cities across the country Monday, opposition activists said.

One person was killed by indiscriminate gunfire by regime forces in the southern province of Daraa, said the Syrian Network for Human Rights, an opposition activist group.

And in northern Syria, one man was killed by security forces in the Aleppo countryside, the network said.

The latest violence came as rebel forces claimed they had driven out the army in Rastan - but also ceded that most of their own fighters had retreated from the besieged city.

As far as Iran goes, we should have nothing to do with that but keep our military eyes open and not forget that Iran just wants attention. I do not think they will nuke anyone, they are a bunch of wealthy lunatics that dont know whst to do with their money. Still we should watch them.

President Obama is the man. Romney looks like a rich spoild brat, nevertheless, does not look like a bad guy. Santorum seems okay. I just think Obama is catching momentum on how to run this country. I believe Obama should get re-elected. One thing I wish the congress did was to bail out american credit card debt. It is necessary for average americans to be start fresh with good credit. We bailed out big corps, we should be able to bail each other out with our own tax dollars. God bless us all.
